2024 Development Camp – Laval, Quebec

From July 29th to August 2nd we hosted our second annual hockey development camp in Montreal. Families from Quebec, Ontario and even as far as Norway came together for an incredible 5-day camp filled with intensive on-ice sessions, off-ice training, and special visits from NHL players Mathieu Joseph, PO Joseph and Alex Carrier. The camp provided young hockey enthusiasts with a comprehensive experience, focusing on skill development, team building and respect.

Anthony and Boko were unwavering in their dedication to push the kids on and off the ice. Throughout the week, they mentored close to 60 kids, offering them invaluable advice and encouragement. Their dedication and commitment to nurturing the next generation of hockey players was on full display all week.

This year featured the return of Rico Philips, who’s goal was to inspire our participants and teach them the importance of kindness, unity, diversity and empathy. Additionally, we brought in our camp nutritionist Natalie to educate them on the importance of a balanced diet, what to eat before training and additional tidbits of knowledge about the different food groups and how they play an important role in healthy living and performance.
